The Mansion
The mansion is over 10,000 square feet, intentionally and impeccably designed for your comfort and experience, and sleeps up to 40 of your friends and family. There is an indoor pool, library, gym, rec room with pool table, and more. Rent this entire space to host your loved ones on your special weekend.

INDOOR POOL
Our heated, indoor pool is attached to the home so no need to walk outside at all. Ornate woodworking throughout. Special UV pool filtration system that reduces the amount of pool chemicals needed to maintain pH balance.
COMMUNAL SPACE
Grand, open-concept chef’s kitchen and dining room, with 3 dining room tables, seating 26+ people.
3 living rooms: one formal space with a baby grand piano, one semi formal space with a fireplace, and one casual space with two couches and a mini fridge.
Rec room with home theater and pool table.
Outdoor balcony with another large outdoor dining table and lounge chairs.
Outdoor pizza oven and grill for your rehearsal dinner.
ELEVATOR
Indoor elevator that spans from the lower (pool) level all the way to the 4th floor. A great amenity for our beloved and respected elders. Serviced regularly, max capacity: 750 lbs. Please request this in advance if you need for your stay.
LIBRARY
Our vintage library is a fun throwback to experience the simpler times in life. With our antique books, record player, and sitting area, it’s a perfect place to read, relax, listen to music, or have an intimate one on one conversation with a friend. (Also a great spot for a photo op!)

The Dance Hall
Our dance hall functions as a perfect spot for cocktail hour, or to end the night with dancing and/or karaoke, but is also an option should your wedding day be rainy. It has a vintage art deco vibe and comes with a lounge, 2 bathrooms with 3 total stalls, and bar. There is also a photobooth in this space that you are welcome to rent at an additional cost.
THE DETAILS
Over 1,500 sq ft of space and ornate woodworking throughout. This hall is the perfect spot to dance after your dinner reception, or an option to use as your ceremony spot should it be raining.
BAR/PHOTOBOOTH
Our custom-made bar (included in the rental) and super fun photobooth (additional cost for use) are in an ideal location, situated just off the main room, with its own entrance and exit.
YEAR ROUND USE
Our heat pumps allow for AC in the summer, and heat in the winter. This spot is magical in the warmth of summer or dead of winter, and is especially lovely and charming on a rainy day.
COCKTAIL HOUR
A perfect spot for the moments after your ceremony, with a wall of doors for easy access in and out, and letting in lovely, seasonal weather. We have 6 high top circular cocktail tables that are included with your rental.
INDOOR BATHROOM
We have 2 bathrooms with a total of 3 toilets located in the building for convenience. One is a uni-sex bathroom with 2 stalls and 2 sinks, and the other is a private bathroom with its own sink. No need to rent a bathroom trailer!
LOUNGE AREA
There are a handful of antique couches for folks who want to lounge. All of the lighting is on dimmers, creating a moody and vintage-modern/industrial vibe. It’s a very moody, inspiring space!

The Banquet Barn
The perfect spot for hosting your dinner reception, our banquet barn can seat up to 150 guests. Minimally decorated with art deco chandeliers and neutral tones, we can work with any color scheme desired, and we allow you to decorate the space to fit your vibe. We have 19 round tables (60”), and 150 white banquet chairs that are included with your rental.
THE SPACE
With over 1,600 sq ft of space, this is the perfect spot for hosting a large dinner reception.
CAPACITY
The space very comfortably seats 140 guests. We have fit as many as 150 in the space, and although that worked, it was a little tight. You can decide how close you want your family to be!
INTERIOR DESIGN
Beautiful upscale, simplistic design with art deco chandeliers. That, coupled with the modern, industrial finished concrete floors creates a lovely aesthetic fusion, yet it’s neutral enough for you to bring in your own ideas.
YEAR ROUND USE
This space is climate controlled with heat pumps, which allows for AC in the summer months, and heat in the cooler months!
LOCATION
Very conveniently located next to the ceremony spot, dance hall, fire pit, bathrooms, and path to the parking. Enough space for your preferred caterer or food truck!
NOT A TYPICAL BARN
While we are still quintessential Maine with our rural, private location, this is not your typical “old farmhouse” vibe. Our entire estate was built in the 1990s/2000s.

The Grounds
Our venue is beautifully landscaped and surrounded by our 55 acres of land. We have 2 large open fields, ancient apple trees, a lovely willow tree, large pond, and fern forest. There are so many excellent photo opportunities for you, rain or shine! We also have a full tennis court and half basketball court that you are welcome to use while you stay with us.
CUSTOM-MADE ARCH
Our high end, custom made wedding arch will be the highlight of your photos, and was made by one of our favorite craft woodworkers, Lucas Scarborough. Your florist will love adding their arrangements to it, and it is movable, depending on where you want to have your ceremony! Included with your rental.
OUR 1941 PONTIAC
Lovingly named Birdie, our turquoise and emerald green 1941 Pontiac Streamliner is one of the best photo ops! Included with your rental.
FERN FOREST/POND
Our grounds have a lot of wild perennials which creates magic photo opportunities. Our personal wedding was in the pouring rain, and we still got the most magical shots. Our freshwater pond is fed by a nearby mountain, and our stream leaves it and goes across the property in the woods. It’s one of the most beautiful places to explore.
THE FIRE PIT
We had our favorite excavator come out and create an epic fire pit! It’s surrounded by boulders for safety, and there are a number of handmade benches to sit on. Bring your own wood and marshmallows for roasting!
OVER 50 ACRES
With ancient man-made rock walls throughout and a beautiful brook, we encourage your family and friends to go explore! Our land is excellent for retreats as well. We allow camping/RVs on our land, with approval.
THE PARKING LOT
We have a large parking lot for your guests with its own entrance that is a short walk from the venue. Even the path to it is so beautiful, many folks like to have a little photoshoot there as well! For 60+ vehicles.
